Here are the known issues regarding Wake On LAN Ex.
disable hibernation to enable wake on lan?- Main Window Shrinks in Size
- Spurious Device status notifications
- Duplicates of address book entries appearing on G19 LCD
- The Stagger times drop-down menu in Settings is black
- Overriding the accent colour doesn't refresh toolbars' colours
When the main window is minimised to the taskbar and then hidden and re-shown to and from the system tray, it can sometimes reduce in vertical height.
In WoLEX 3.16+, right-clicking in the main window's address list and enabling View - Window - Locked
will prevent this from happening. While this isn't a true fix from an implementation standpoint, it is a valid fix while the underlying cause
is investigated.
Device toast notifications seem to appear when they aren't warranted. Some devices even keep displaying notifications one after another, endlessly.
Workaround: Disable the Show notification when status changes option within the Device Editor - Network tab.
Setting G14/G19 LCD support to Basic List (sometimes?) results in the list on the LCD showing duplicate entries.
The background fill colour is black instead of the standard fill colour of the system's accent colour.
Workaround: None required as this issue does not affect usability.
By default, WoLEX takes the system accent colour and uses it for accenting various windows and controls to give the software a personalised look.
Overriding the colour via Settings - Interface - Override accent colour changes that accent, but toolbars don't take on the change without requiring a restart.
Workaround: Restart WoLEX after changing the accent override colour.
